Riccardo Uleri

After several years working in the family textile business in Legnano and a brief stint in the administrative department of an IT company, he decided to take over Longino & Cardenal sas in 1993. He moved the company to Pogliano Milanese in 1993 and, in 25 years of business, managed to create a product portfolio with 1,800 items of excellence, a network of over 180 suppliers, and approximately 4,500 customers. He also expanded into the international market with the establishment of branches in Hong Kong in 2013 and Dubai in 2015, bringing the company's turnover to almost €30 million.

Cristina Sambuchi

After graduating in Economics and Business from Luigi Bocconi University, she obtained her qualification as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor. Following five years at Ernst & Young, initially as a corporate finance analyst and later as an auditor, she worked for three years as an administrative manager at an IT company. She has been CFO at Longino & Cardenal since 2003, overseeing the company's growth in the area of management control. She collaborated on the opening of the two offices in Hong Kong and Dubai.

Valerio De Molli

A graduate in Economics and Business from Bocconi University, he has been Managing Partner and CEO of The European House – Ambrosetti since 2005 and a partner since 1999. He has been and continues to be a member of the Executive Committees and Boards of Directors of numerous companies. After gaining experience as a financial analyst at major banks and financial companies, including BNP Paribas in Amsterdam, he worked on senior management, strategy, and internationalization projects for large and medium-sized companies and institutions, including Alliance Boots, Areva, Barilla, Bayer, BMS, Eli Lilly, Enel, Falck, Ferragamo, Ferrero, FSI, Gefran, GE International, HP, IFIL, Illycaffè, Novartis, Pfizer, Philip Morris International, Sara Lee, Shell, Sumitomo, Valagro, and WPP.
