Management of reports
Longino & Cardenal SpA adopts a process for receiving, analyzing, and handling reports (including anonymous ones) concerning the Company sent by third parties or by Individuals belonging to the Longino & Cardenal group.
The process complies with the new regulations introduced by Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of individuals who report breaches of Union law and laying down provisions on the protection of individuals who report breaches of national law (the so-called “Whistleblowing Decree”).
